Youth empowerment (STP)

50% of the Saudi population is in under the age of 30. Therefore, MISA is highly committed to empowering the youth. This is exemplified through MISA’s Transformation Program or STP. This program was designed to build capabilities of young Saudis who are recent graduates, from all over the Kingdom, who graduated from top universities and with high qualifications. This training program is providing them with career opportunities that serve the strategic objectives of the Ministry while allowing them to grow personally and professionally.

The STP program includes:

Training programs by accredited trainers
On-the-job training
Training in international companies outside the Kingdom
